I am excited to introduce you to my new recipe box! With the aid of an American wood company, I was able to keep the important features and give it a cleaner look. Here's a look at the key differences:
Recipe Card Holder: Like my previous box, there is a place to set your recipe card to keep it clean, dry and propped up while cooking. When you open the box, there is a ledge that sticks out a little bit where you can place the card and lean it against the lid.
Material: Instead of bamboo, this box is made of American Alder. It responds to laser engraving better and results in a cleaner, crisper, and more contrasting look that I love.
Hinge & Size: My recipe boxes now have a hidden metal hinge which aids during manufacturing. It allows me to get a high quality box more consistently. This change also resulted in making the box a bit taller.
I know you'll like my new box just as much as I do! Each box is still a work of art that I lovingly design, engrave and personalize. As always, each box comes with recipe dividers and cards that I design and print. I hope to make a box for you soon!
