I've got another sweet treat for you today! When I was in college, I was introduced to this recipe by a sweet lady in my church. They are dense and delicious, so I suggest having a glass of milk nearby!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
Makes 22-24
1 box spice cake mix
¾ cup water
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF
2. In a large bowl, mix the cake mix and can of pumpkin. Add vegetable oil and water slowly, stirring until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
3. Spoon into muffin cups until each cup is ¾ full. Bake in oven for 20-22 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
